Concrete Walkway & Steps Replacement West Chester
We just finished up a residential project in West Chester replacing an old, crumbling concrete walkway and front step. The original walkway had major settled areas that collected water and turned into an ice patch every winter. We jackhammered out the failed concrete, leveled and compacted the sub-base, and poured a fresh, high-strength mix with a clean broom finish for slip resistance. We made sure to pitch the new run properly so water drains out into the yard instead of pooling on the path.
