Walkway Replacement Project in Exton
We were out in Exton this week replacing a long front walkway that had settled over time, creating water pooling against the foundation and severe trip hazards along the path. We tore out the old, cracked concrete slabs, regraded the subgrade to direct rainwater safely away from the house, and compacted a solid aggregate base. We poured a clean, high-strength concrete path with expansion joints and a light broom texture for safe traction in all weather. To complete the restoration, we backfilled the lawn edges with topsoil, grass seed, and straw so the yard bounces right back.
